Who we are

Ranklift is a product of Masta Labs. Masta Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Ranklift (ranklift.co), an AI-powered Etsy listing optimizer.

What we collect

We collect your email address when you create an account. This is used only for authentication and transactional emails (password resets, billing receipts).

We store the listing content you submit for optimization (title, description, tags) in order to provide the service and show your optimization history. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@mastalabs.io.

How we use your data

Your listing content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate optimized versions. OpenAI processes this data to return results but does not store or train on it under our API agreement. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing.

We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card information.

We use Supabase to store your account data and optimization history securely.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not share your listing content with other users.
• We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
• We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral advertising.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.
